These files come from the npm package @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 (single thread
build of FFmpeg and x264 for WebAssembly), licence GPL-2.0-or-later:

  ffmpeg-core.js    the file of the package (dist/esm/ffmpeg-core.js), not changed.
  ffmpeg-core.wasm.part0, ffmpeg-core.wasm.part1, ...
                    the file dist/esm/ffmpeg-core.wasm (32232419 bytes) cut
                    into parts of 20971520 bytes at most. Nothing else
                    changed: the parts joined in order are the same file.
                    The page joins them in the browser.

Why parts: Cloudflare Workers static assets take 25 MiB for a file at most.
